Win a digital camera

Write a story about why Pitt County is called Pitt.  Its that simple.  The best story, to be judged by the editor of this blog, will win a brand new Canon or Olympus digital camera.  We will be looking for interesting stories.  All entries must be at least 100 words, and no more then 300 words.  All entries become the property of this blog, and by entering….you are giving us permission to publish your entry online.  Please let us know if it is OK to include your name when we publish your entry.  Please, only one entry per person.  The deadline for mailing us the entry is February 15th, 2008.  Email your entry to editor@pittcounty.com
